Earlier this week, JTA reported that Harlem, NY based rap star Juelz Santana may lose his home to a sheriff sale coming in weeks because of an unlawful foreclosure brought by Ocwen Loan Servicing (Ocwen) and foreclosure “mill” Stern & Eisenberg using a counterfeit “assignment” created by the criminally convicted DocX, LLC in 2009. Click here to see JTA’s story on Juelz Santana’s foreclosure nightmare involving the use of a counterfeit DocX “assignment” by Ocwen.
Well folks, Juelz Santana is not the only hip-hop power house who is unknowingly losing his NJ residence to illegal documents. Add the iconic Lil Kim, the Queen Bee to the list of foreclosure victims identified by JTA, whose NJ mansion is subject of a foreclosure complaint filed on February 19, 2010 in the Superior Court of New Jersey by foreclosure “mill” Fein Such Kahn & Shepard, designating HSBC as the Plaintiff and PHH Mortgage Corporation (PHH) of NJ as the servicer. Additionally, upon an examination of Lil Kim’s foreclosure docket, JTA discovered a falsely uttered “assignment” instrument prepared by HSBC’s discharge department out of NY which alleges that “HSBC Mortgage Corporation” assigned only the mortgage (absent a transfer of the debt worth $1,592,500) to “HSBC Bank USA, N.A.” on August 10, 2011 for $10.00 (TEN)!!! The “suspect” “assignment” instrument used in Lil Kim’s case displaying the names and alleged signatures of “Michael Peters” appearing as an “Assistant Secretary” of “HSBC Mortgage Corp.” and the alleged signature of New York notary public Patricia M. Murawski appearing within the suspect “assignment” instrument being used in Lil Kim’s foreclosure.
And see for yourself the images from “assignment” and “discharge” instruments recordedacross the U.S.displaying the name “Michael Peters” withvarying signatures and job titles, along with varying signatures for New York notary Patricia M. Murawski that are different from those affixed to the “assignment” instrument being used in Lil Kim’s foreclosure case across the U.S.displaying the name “Michael Peters” withvarying signatures and job titles, along with varying signatures for New York notary Patricia M. In closing, it does not matter if you are a everyday person working a regular job, or you are an international icon and respected musician such as Lil Kim and Juelz Santana, you can also find yourself in the same position experienced by more than 6 Million U.S. homeowners who have lost their homes to, arguably, illegal foreclosures since 2008, and the millions more in line to lose their “American Dream” of “Homeownership” by way of fraud by the mortgage industry and foreclosure “mill” law firms using counterfeit instruments, false certifications, and deception to steal people’s homes.
