“Hip-Hop Star” Juelz Santana appears to be another one of countless Mortgage Fraud Victims in the U.S. facing an illegal foreclosure where “The Infamous” DocX Forgeries are still being used in 2016!

“Rapper Juelz Santana has been laying low from the music scene for the last few years, but recently made the announcement that he would be returning. The Harlem rapper may want to speed up that comeback, because a judge just recently issued a final foreclosure judgment against the rapper on his New Jersey condo.
The ruling was made against the rapper, whose real name is Laron James, and is set to be sold at a sheriff’s sale in New Jersey. The condo is located in the same development that the Notorious B.I.G. lived in, and is 2,300 square feet. According to court documents, Santana had a total of 10 days to respond to the foreclosure, but did not acknowledge it. Santana took out a $486,000 mortgage to pay for the $540,000 condo. However, the rapper hasn’t paid his $3,754 monthly mortgage since 2013.
Because of non-payment, Wells Fargo sued the rapper for mortgage owed. Overall, Santana now owes $7,000 in lawyer fees on top of $688,219.”
While JTA has yet to pull the entire foreclosure complaint for the “Harlem Bred MC” to uncover the depths of the possible fraud, we did however have perform a free preemptive title examination for Mr. Santana’s property per the public records maintained by the Office for the Bergen County Clerk, and discovered an undeniable counterfeit “assignment” instrument created and recorded by the infamous DocX, LLC (DocX) formerly of Alpharetta, GA whose unlawful practices caught the attention of 60 Minutes (“Next Housing Shock”) (Click Here), resulted in the Fed’s shutting down DocX in 2012 declaring the company and its employees created and caused to be recorded more than 1,000,000 counterfeit assignment instruments displaying misrepresentations, imposters, and false notary acknowledgments that were used in foreclosure and bankruptcy proceedings (Click Here), resulting in a criminal conviction for DocX’s CEO Lorraine Brown in 2013 (Click Here).
Despite the aforementioned findings by Federal Authorities documenting DocX’s illegal activities, the criminal conviction and prison sentencing by Lorraine Brown of DocX, and consent orders entered by State Attorney Generals (including New Jersey, Click Here) throughout 2013, Juelz Santana is one of several homeowners that JTA has identified loosing their homes in foreclosure proceedings in the year 2016 where the foreclosure Plaintiffs, the mortgage debt collectors, and

Mr. Santana is not the first, second, or third celebrity that JTA has performed preemptive title exams (Fantasia Barrino – NC, Chris Tucker – GA, and Burt Reynolds – FL) and discovered that their foreclosures, like everyday people who are not “stars”, included the use of counterfeit “assignment” instruments which surmounts to “good old fashion” crime… that right crime!

According to the aforementioned DocX engineered “forgery” currently being used in 2016 in Juelz’s foreclosure proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey, on November 10, 2009, Sand Canyon Corporation (Sand Canyon) is the alleged assignor of original “mortgage loan”. But folks, on March 18, 2009, Dale M. Sugimoto as President of Sand Canyon declared within a declaration submitted to the United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Louisiana New Orleans in the Matter of In Re Ron Wilson, Sr. et al., (Case No. 07-11862 (EWM)) that;

Mr. Santana, if you happen to see this article, show it to the attorneys that have possibly “juiced you” for untold thousands of dollars while never taking the time to investigate what JTA has just discovered for you good brother as your name is being “slander” as if you are the “bad guy”.
