First the Moors need to send in Sunshine Request i.e. Open Public Records request to the Slave Patrol (Police Department). In the Request they need to order the background information for the officers involved, they need to request for their disciplinarian history (we need to know whether or not complaints have been made against those officers in the past). Missouri’s Sunshine Law is the embodiment of Missouri’s commitment to openness in government. Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri is the foundation of what has become known as Missouri’s Sunshine Law. Click Here to Learn about Missouri Sunshine Law.
The request should also seek a copy of the chattel paper i.e. “Search warrant”, the “Affidavit for the search warrant”, all official reports and incident reports, Oaths of Offices for each government official involved with creating any documents in relation to the case.
Criminal Complaint forms need to be obtained and probable cause statements need to be made, according to Missouri law they need to be filed with the prosecutors office.
The Sunshine request needs to also ask for the City and State Policies on Racial Profiling/Bias Policing, Excessive/Deadly Force.
As soon as Possible a “Civil Action” needs to be filed by the Moorish community in Missouri against those government personnel that took it upon themselves to use racist practices tied to Slavery such as Stripping Mansur Bey of his Moorish Nationality and Race and categorizing him as “Black”. For details as to how an why “Black” means “Criminal” and “Slave” legally and politically read ” Why do Blacks Ignore that “Black” and “Negro” are Synonymous with “Criminal”?
All documents that listed Mansur Ball-Bey as “Black” need to be obtained as those documents are evidence of Racial Profiling and Discrimination by Police against his Race on the basis of his Color/Complexion.
Also Crime Victims Application needs to be completed on behalf of Mansur Ball-Bey.
It is official misconduct for a Police Officer to miss-report a persons Race. Official Misconduct is criminal. See Missouri Statutes > Title XXXVIII — CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT; PEACE OFFICERS AND PUBLIC DEFENDERS > Chapter 576 Offenses Affecting Government > 576.040. Official misconduct.
Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 486 Commissioners of Deeds and Notaries Public ←486.140Section 486.200.1 defines “Official misconduct” as “means the wrongful exercise of a power or the wrongful performance of a duty. The term “wrongful” as used in the definition of official misconduct means unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, negligent, reckless, or injurious.
Moors need to also contact all Media outlets that have done the same as the Slave patrols and reported Mansur Ball Bey as “Black” while knowing he was a Moor. Those articles are evidence of Systemic Racism, thus all Moors who come across those articles need to pdf to print those articles or print them out and save them as evidence in support of Systemic Racism.
